Early Check-In:
To avoid long lines on the first morning of orientation, we highly recommend checking in early. Feel free to drop by at any time during the period below to check in, receive your wristband, and pick up your orientation kit.

Location: Room 2002, Wilson Hall (40 Willcocks St, Toronto, ON M5S 1C6)
What to Bring: Ticket Order Confirmation Email and one piece of photo ID (TCard, driver’s license, passport, etc.)

Time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: Wilson Lounge (40 Willcocks St, Toronto, ON M5S 1C6)
What to Bring: Ticket Order Confirmation Email and one piece of photo ID (TCard, driver’s license, passport, etc.)

Orientation Kit Pick-Up:
Your orientation kit includes a ceramic mug, which might be inconvenient to carry around all day. If you check in during the regular check-in period, you can pick up your orientation kit in Room 2002, Wilson Hall, at any time before you leave that day. Our execs will be available in that room until 8:30 PM on Monday.
If you miss the check-in times, please go to Room 2002 in Wilson Hall. Someone will be there at all times to assist you.

Locker Rental:
If you need to rent a free locker at New College during orientation, please fill out this form before August 24 at 5:00 PM EST.

Important Rooms During Orientation:
Wilson Hall, Room 2002: Need help during orientation? Visit this room—an exec will be available at all times during orientation programming.
Wilson Hall, Room 2008: This room will be used as a break room, where you can go to take a break or de-stress.
Wilson Hall, Room 2006: This room will be designated as a multi-faith room.
